Radanska ruža is a women's enterprise from Radan Mountain. They make their preserves according to traditional recipes from the Radan region, without preservatives and with the personal touch of experienced housewives. Their fruits and vegetables come from small mountain plots. They pick and process them by hand, on ordinary stoves in small pots - just like in the old days.
BOLD TASTE was created with the idea that ajvar should not just be a side dish, but a gastronomic experience that changes the way we perceive food. It combines traditional recipes and modern techniques, creating an authentic taste that is memorable. Behind it is Vanja Puškar, chef and founder of "New Balkan Cuisine".
Gazdinstvo Teomirović has a beekeeping tradition half a century long. They keep their hives in meadows in Grocka, far from the city noise - and the hosts say they know each of their bees. They produce linden, sunflower, and rapeseed honey, exactly as the bees give it - unfiltered, natural, and domestic.
The Martinović family has been keeping hens on their property in Brusnica for years. They feed them only with grains, without any concentrated additives. The hens roam freely around the farm, enjoying the fresh air and natural daylight. The Martinović family nurtures the tradition of natural farming, and in addition to the hens, they also raise sheep and cows. During the summer, we will enjoy their ox heart (bull's heart) tomatoes, of which they are particularly proud.
